Welcome to Prospect RSRL (J289) ebranch website.

Prospect is the main union in RSRL and is active on both the Harwell and Winfrith sites.  Membership is open to all employees of RSRL, and is supportive of trade union membership.

Prospect has a strong track record of raising with RSRL key issues affecting our members around organisational change, redundancy, performance management and more. We can support employees at any grade, and have members at all key sites as well as throughout the retail estate. We have a good longstanding reputation in handling cases within the company and campaign actively for you at work.

We work with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), the Nuclear Installations Inspectorate (NII) and other regulatory bodies, using our influence and representation not only to maintain and improve our members conditions but to ensure that both sites continue to be manned at a level that is safe. 

Prospect is here for you in the long term. Our aim in RSRL is not only to represent individuals, but to work towards negotiate for groups of employees on key issues such as pay, redundancy and certain terms and conditions. Help us achieve this aim and strengthen your voice at work.
