The ballot included members in the MPG and associated grades bargaining unit (MPG2&4; PSG1 &2; RCG1, 2, 3, 10, 20 & 30)

The union has advised the company of the outcome of our ballot and has asked to meet the company to consider where we go from here.

In the meantime Prospect would be grateful if members in the bargaining unit outlined above could let the union know why they voted in favour or against the company’s pay offer or indeed why they didn’t vote, by replying to this email, so we are fully able to understand and represent your issues to the company.
