By joining and participating in the branch, you can contribute to our collective view of members' concerns on current issues.
Matters such as pay, substantial staff policy reforms, deployment of fixed-term contracts and changes to working practice and employee entitlement all require an informed, credible response from staff.
An independent union is the best means of doing this. The more of us there are, the stronger and more effective we can be in negotiating change and protecting your rights.
