The pay ballot closed on Monday 17th May. The result was as follows:

For the proposed agreement 87.8%

Against the proposed agreement 12.2%

Turnout 64%

We have written today to BT confirming the union's agreement to the pay offer. The terms of that offer were communicated to you on 20 April and you can read the full detail of BT's offer, the company's guidance for 2010 pay and the revised pay ranges (these ranges will apply to this year's pay review) here. We would like to thank members for taking part in the ballot. The high turnout was particularly encouraging.
