We have tabled a claim for a review of the pay of all Reward Framework grades and we have additionally claimed for a number of changes and improvements to the RF structure, for example in relation to equal pay, starting pay and pay ranges.

We met the company for the first time last week and are now awaiting BT's initial formal response. The settlement date for our members is 1 June but our aim will be to complete negotiations well in advance of that date. We will endeavour to keep you informed about progress over the coming weeks.
