Environment Agency

Prospect is the recognised union for professionals within the Environment Agency. This means that Prospect representatives, elected by the members, negotiate on pay, terms and conditions of service and change, as well as supporting individual members who may be experiencing problems at work. 

There is an active branch committee and representatives, and they are supported by a full time officer. 

Prospect has an excellent record of effective negotiation with the Environment Agency which provides an independent voice on behalf of our members.
