Air Traffic Systems Specialists (ATSS)

Prospect's ATSS branch looks after the majority of air traffic systems specialists working in the United Kingdom in NATS' en-route centres, airports and training establishments in both operational and non-operational roles. The ATSS Branch has an active branch committee with representatives active in all areas of the business. The branch also has a growing number of members working for other ANSPs and for Aquila - the company providing air navigation services to the military.

Our members work throughout the country and are organised into a national Prospect branch, with individual sections to ensure that we can provide them with the best service possible. Prospect is the recognised trade union, and negotiates with their employer on all matters such as terms and conditions, health and safety, as well as providing individual representation and advice when required.
