Talks over equal treatment for Scottish airport workers give parties cause for optimism

Parties hopeful over on-going Scottish airport workers talks

Please see a brief joint statement from Prospect union and airports operator Highlands and Islands Airports Limited (HIAL) regarding their dispute over security staff in AMSL:



“HIAL met with Prospect today to discuss potential solutions to the recent dispute. These discussions are on-going and both parties remain hopeful of finding a solution.”

No further comment will be made at this time.

Prospect represents more than 120 of AMSL’s 160 workers covering eleven Scottish airports including Dundee, Inverness, Stornoway and Sumburgh.
