Every Prospect member is invited to respond to the survey, which asks what the union’s priorities should be for the future and how members see its performance in the two years since the previous survey.
“More than 10,000 members responded to our questions in 2010,” said Jonathan Green, from Prospect Research.
“The responses helped to frame the national executive’s policies and actions through some very challenging times.”
In a message to members, general secretary Paul Noon said: “The last survey helped us greatly in developing our communications and campaigns strategy. We look forward to your feedback on how we can maintain improvements in these and other areas.”
The survey asks questions about members’ individual experience at the workplace, career prospects, support from Prospect, use of Prospect services, union communications and current workplace issues.
It closes on Friday 10 February. All views will be anonymous and responses will be aggregated. To complete the survey, follow the buttons on your screen and click 'submit' on the final page. Most questions require a single response.
