Commenting on discussions being held between 5 civil service unions and the Cabinet Office on the Civil Service Compensation Scheme, Prospect Deputy General Secretary Dai Hudd said: "All the unions, including PCS, were invited to attend meetings this week with the Cabinet Office. Unacceptable proposals were put forward by the Government to which Prospect and the FDA, POA, GMB and Unite responded in an attempt to arrive at a negotiated settlement.
