Inevitably the report is long and complex. Nevertheless it sets out proposals which could well have a major impact on the union’s members, particularly in Openreach. We are determined to make sure members' interests are protected, particularly but not just in Openreach.

We need to study its content very carefully. In addition we have already arranged to meet Ofcom again to discuss its content, which we will do as soon as we have absorbed the report’s content.
