Member registration - updating your profile

How to update your profile – contact details, email, home address

Accessing the JSCA E-Branch on https://members.prospect.org.uk

You will need your Prospect membership number to access the private pages that the JSCA has for its own use on the Prospect website or e-Branch as it is referred to. We will use these ‘eBranch' pages to keep members informed by publishing news updates, uploading key documents and hosting our own discussion forum.

To login for the first time go the ‘first-time login' page on the Prospect members' website. Enter your surname, membership number and home postcode. These will be checked against the Prospect membership database, and if they are verified you will be asked to set up a personal password and a reminder question and answer.

At the end of the registration process you will automatically be logged into the members' area.

You should see your name at the top right hand corner in purple background. Click on the drop down arrow and select ‘edit your details’. This should bring your to a page where you can change any of your personal details.

Please keep your profile up-to-date and, in particular, please make sure that your email address is correct.

Once registered, and returning to the site, click on the 'member login' link on the top right, and enter your membership number or email address, plus the password you created when you registered. You can then select member pages or other aspect you are interested in from the left hand menu.
