What do we help with?

The variety to issues we deal with are too vast for an exhaustive list! Our reps and Full-time Officer are experienced in supporting members through:

• Disciplinary procedures
• Health and Safety issues
• Grievances
• A wide range of other personal cases

However, the support we offer is broader than just personal cases. Through regular meetings with HR, discussions with the Senior Management Team and generally working alongside CHDA, we negotiate to get members the best deal we can in regards to pay, contracts and working conditions.
