Our ECS Group members can access specialist advice and support on salaries, contracts, conditions of service, workloads, pensions and other work-related issues, via our dedicated helpdesk which is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
We have a dedicated team of negotiators – highly trained specialists with an in-depth knowledge of employment law and issues arising from public sector reforms who have an excellent track record in defending and promoting members' interests. As well as receiving expert advice from our helpdesk and negotiatiors, our members are entitled to professional advice and support from our network of local representatives. These are based across the UK, and are the first point of contact between members and their employers.
