Applications for individuals or teams who have demonstrated inclusion in key characteristic groups, or in any aspect of inclusion such as faith, age, agile working and social mobility etc are welcome.

The categories are:

• Employee network excellence
• Excellence in service of business delivery
• Championing disabled people
• Championing gender
• Championing LGBT people
• Championing minority ethnic people
• Championing inclusion

The closing date is 19 June 2015 and the awards ceremony will be held in October.
