This course isn’t just about negotiating on pay. Organising and bargaining are essential skills for a branch to be effective in protecting worker rights and retaining or securing workplace rights in the future.
Over the two days we aim to give you the skills to bargain effectively in the workplace on a range of matters. You will explore the different roles in the negotiating process and learn about effective negotiation. You will have the opportunity to build on the skills in this course to prepare for and participate in the ‘negotiating table’.
To get the most out of this course we recommend you complete Reps Part 1.
This is a 2-day course which will run from 10:00 until 17:00.
